Fliqr is a random matchmaking application. Due to the unpredictable nature of live, user-generated content, this app is NOT designed for, marketed to, or permitted for use by individuals under the age of 18.

We do not target our application to children. By downloading and accessing Fliqr, users must acknowledge and affirm that they are legally adults in their respective jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
2. Community Enforcement & "Minor" Reporting
Because Fliqr allows anonymous access, we rely on aggressive community moderation to ensure minors do not bypass our age restrictions:
- Dedicated Report Category: During any call, users have access to a "Report" button. We have included a specific "Minor" category for reporting.
- Immediate Action: If a user is reported as a minor, our automated moderation system accelerates the review of their device. Devices flagged for being used by minors will be permanently banned from the network.
3. Advice for Parents and Guardians
We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities. We recommend using parental control tools provided by Android (such as Google Family Link) to prevent children from downloading apps categorized as "Mature" or apps featuring random P2P communication.
4. Contact Us for Removal
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe that your child has accessed Fliqr, please contact us immediately. Provide us with any available details (such as the device ID or circumstances), and we will manually and permanently block the device from our servers.
