This Privacy Policy applies to the GamesBox app (hereby referred to as "App") provided by Gr8 (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free, Ad-Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
The App does not collect, store, or process any personal data from its users directly. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, provide personalized advertising, and ensure the functioning of the App.
The third-party service providers used by the App include:
- Google Play Services: Used for game services, sign-in (if enabled), and analytics. (Privacy Policy)
- AdMob: Used for serving personalized and non-personalized advertisements within the App. (Privacy Policy)
2. Advertising (AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our App. AdMob may use device identifiers and other data to serve personalized ads to you based on your interests and usage of the App. If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalized ads, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Log Data
Whenever you use the App, in a case of an error in the App, data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data may be collected. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing the service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.
4. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This App does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the App may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

The Service Provider values your trust in providing your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Links to Other Sites
This App may contain links to other sites (such as the "More Apps" link or ads). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the Service Provider. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
7. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that necessary actions will be taken.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
