By downloading, accessing, or using Fliqr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.

1. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application. By using Fliqr, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Fliqr allows users to interact randomly via live video, audio, and text. To maintain a safe community and comply with Google Play Developer Policies, we maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy against objectionable content. You strictly agree NOT to broadcast, share, or engage in:

  • Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
  • Hate speech, racism, or discrimination.
  • Depictions of graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.
  • Sharing personal, private information (doxxing) without consent.

3. Moderation, Reporting, and Banning

While we do not record your calls, we empower the community to self-moderate. We provide robust in-app tools:

  • Block Function: You can block any user instantly. You will never be matched with them again.
  • Report Function: You can report users who violate our UGC policy.
  • Automated Ban System: Any user whose device receives multiple valid reports from different users will trigger our automated moderation system, resulting in a permanent and irreversible ban from the Fliqr platform.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Use at your own risk. Fliqr provides random P2P connections "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

  • We cannot control, and are not responsible for, the actions, content, or behavior of other users you may encounter.
  • We disclaim all liability regarding exposure to offensive or inappropriate content. Your primary remedy is to use the in-app "Block" and "Report" buttons.
  • Under no circumstances shall Fliqr, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
