Terms of Use for Fliqr

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Fliqr application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use our platform.

3. Description of Service

Fliqr provides a platform for anonymous, random peer-to-peer video and audio calls with other users over the internet using WebRTC technology.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the App for any of the following:

  • Transmitting sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content.
  • Engaging in harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation.
  • Spreading hate speech, racism, or discrimination.
  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Broadcasting copyrighted material without permission.
  • Exposing the identity or private information of another user without their consent.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

To comply with Google Play's UGC policy, we maintain a Zero-Tolerance stance toward objectionable content or abusive users:

  • Reporting: Users can report any inappropriate behavior through the in-app reporting feature.
  • Blocking: Users can instantly block and disconnect from any user they find offensive.
  • Moderation: Any violation of these Terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the user's device from the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the App and to block or prevent your future access to the App for any violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

"As Is" Service: The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We make no warranties regarding the quality or continuous availability of the service.

User Interactions: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user. You engage with other users at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
